These General Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZOO.pump platform (the "Platform"), including its services made available via the Telegram Mini-App baZOOka and the website https://zoopump.meme (collectively referred to as the "Infrastructure"). These Terms do not alter the terms of any other agreement between you ("you" or "your") and us ("we," "us," or "our") regarding any products, services, or otherwise (the "Agreement"). In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any such Agreement, these Terms shall prevail.

By accessing or using the Infrastructure, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to access or use the Infrastructure.

Eligibility and User Restrictions

1. Minimum Age: The Platform is only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to access or use the Infrastructure.

2. Prohibited Users: You may not access or use the Infrastructure if prohibited by applicable laws or if you are located in, or acting on behalf of, any Restricted Territories as defined below.

3. Sanctions Compliance: You warrant that you are not:

   • The subject of any sanctions administered by the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, or any other governmental authority;

   • Located in or acting on behalf of any country or territory subject to such sanctions.

Restricted Territories

"Restricted Territories" include but are not limited to:

• Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk, and other areas temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation

• Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Belarus, Russia, Syria, and any other jurisdictions where the use of the Infrastructure is prohibited by law or sanctions

Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the Infrastructure after the publication of such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Please review the Terms regularly.

Use of the Infrastructure

1. Permitted Use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Infrastructure for its intended purposes.

2. Prohibited Activities: You shall not:

   • Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Infrastructure;

   • Use the Infrastructure in a way that disrupts or damages its operation;

   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations while using the Infrastructure.

3. Third-Party Technology: Access to the Infrastructure may require the use of third-party tools, software, or devices. You are responsible for complying with their respective terms of service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted compatibility with third-party technology.

Token Creation and Usage

1. Functionality: The Infrastructure enables users to create and trade digital tokens (the "Tokens").

2. Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your Token-related activities comply with all applicable laws, including but not limited to securities regulations and anti-money laundering laws.

3. Risk Assumption: You acknowledge that the creation and use of Tokens involve financial and legal risks, including but not limited to:

   • Loss of funds due to market volatility or technical issues;

   • Regulatory changes that may impact the validity or value of Tokens.

Beta Features

Certain features of the Infrastructure may be offered in a "Beta" version. Beta features are provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. By using Beta features, you assume all associated risks, including potential bugs, errors, or interruptions.

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with the Infrastructure are owned by us or our affiliates. You may not use or reproduce any intellectual property without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

1. No Guarantees: ZOO.pump does not guarantee the profitability or success of any Tokens created or traded on the Platform.

2. No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law:

   • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Infrastructure;

   • Our total liability for any claims related to your use of the Infrastructure shall not exceed USD 100.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOO.pump, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms;
